Cable connection package – IP68 – Complete package for outdoor use

This wiring harness is designed for the safe and waterproof connection of power cables in humid or underground environments. Ideal for use in garden lighting, driveway lighting, outdoor installations, or cable repairs. Thanks to the IP68 rating, the connection is fully protected against water and dust. The package is transparent and provides visual control of the connection.

Suitable for cables from 3 x 1.5 mm² to 5 x 4 mm².

Installation instructions – How to use the casting package:

1. Prepare the cables
   – Strip the outer sheath and wires from the cables.
   – Fix the supplied welding connectors.

2. Places in the mold
   – Insert the cables into the slots in the open mold.
   – Make sure the welding points are in the middle.
   – Close the mud flap tightly.

3. Mixing and pouring resin
   – Knead the mixing bag with resin thoroughly.
   – Cut a corner open and pour the resin into the mold until it is completely filled.

4. Hardening
   – Let the mixture cure completely (approx. 30–60 minutes at 20 °C).
   – After curing, the connection is fully IP68 waterproof.

5. Completing installation
   – Place the mold in the final place in the ground or outdoor space.
