All about shipping & delivery
We consider it important that your order is delivered neatly, safely and clearly. That is why we carefully package our products and work with reliable carriers such as DHL and DPD. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace link to follow the delivery. On this page you can read what to expect regarding delivery times, shipping costs, long cargo and larger project orders.
Delivery time per product
For each product we show the expected delivery time. For multiple items, we usually dispatch as soon as your order is complete.
DHL & DPD
We ship with DHL and DPD, among others. The carrier depends on the size, weight and type of order.
Track & Trace
After dispatch, you will receive a Track & Trace link allowing you to follow the delivery.
Free delivery
Free delivery within the Netherlands on orders over €99. Length freight and non-standard shipments are excluded from this.
Delivery & shipping
For each product we show the expected delivery time. Products that are in stock are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. On working days, our parcels are usually collected by the courier towards the end of the afternoon. If your order is complete and available for immediate delivery, we will try to dispatch your parcel the same working day.
We ship using DHL and DPD, among others. For each order, we look at which carrier best suits the size, weight and type of product. This ensures that standard parcels, fragile items and larger shipments can be sent in an appropriate manner.
Delivery costs & extra-long freight
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. For orders of €99 or more, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands.
Please note: long-length freight and non-standard shipments are excluded from free delivery. Denk hierbij aan lange, grote of afwijkend verpakte producten die niet als standaard pakket verzonden kunnen worden. Eventuele extra verzendkosten tonen we tijdens het afrekenen. Kan dat niet, dan nemen we contact met je op om de kosten af te stemmen voordat we de bestelling verzenden.
Projects & larger orders
Are you ordering larger quantities or is it lighting for a project? We are happy to help you think about the delivery. For project orders, fragile products or non-standard sizes, we will arrange the shipping personally if necessary.
This is how we ensure the order is delivered practically and you avoid any surprises afterwards.
Delay, damage or parcel not received
Sometimes a parcel can be delayed by the carrier. In that case, check the Track & Trace link first. A delayed parcel is often still delivered the next working day.
Is de status onduidelijk of lijkt je pakket kwijt? Neem dan contact met ons op en vermeld je ordernummer.
Has your order arrived damaged? Heb je een account, meld dit dan via My orders. Kies de betreffende bestelling en geef aan wat er aan de hand is. Voeg indien mogelijk foto’s toe van de verpakking en het beschadigde product.
Heb je zonder account besteld? Meld de schade dan via WhatsApp of email. Vermeld je ordernummer en stuur indien mogelijk dezelfde foto’s mee. Zo hebben we direct de juiste informatie en kunnen we snel naar een passende oplossing zoeken.
