Not entirely satisfied with your purchase or did you order the wrong product? No problem. At ThatsLed.nl you have 100 days to return or exchange your order. On this page we explain how to register a return, what the conditions are and how we process your return.
100-day returns
You have up to 100 days from receipt to return your order to us.
Pack carefully
Pack your return securely and, if possible, in the original product packaging.

Would you rather have a different version? Please indicate this with your request. We are happy to help you think about an alternative.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your return and refund the amount due.
How to return an order
Would you like to return an item? Simply register your return via My orders. Open the relevant order, select the items you wish to return and explain the reason.
Heb je zonder account besteld? Stuur dan een e-mail naar [email protected] met je ordernummer en de artikelen die je wilt retourneren. We helpen je dan met de retouraanmelding en sturen je de retourinstructies.
Na het aanmelden ontvang je de informatie en het retourlabel waarmee je de zending kunt terugsturen. Verpak de artikelen zorgvuldig en stuur alle bijbehorende onderdelen en accessoires mee. Zodra we je retour hebben ontvangen, controleren en verwerken we deze zo snel mogelijk.
Wil je gebruikmaken van je herroepingsrecht? Dien je verzoek dan in via Order cancelled. Dit kan ook zonder account.

Isn't the product quite what you were looking for after all? Perhaps another colour, design, light colour or a different product would suit your application better.
Please clearly state in your request why the product does not meet your requirements. We are happy to look into a suitable alternative with you. That way, we can find a solution together that better matches what you need.
Do you need advice beforehand? Then please feel free to contact us. With our product knowledge, we are happy to help you make the right choice.
Returns policy & conditions
You can articles up to 100 days after receipt returns. This gives you plenty of time to decide whether a product meets your expectations.
Please handle the product and its packaging with care. You may examine and assess an item just as you would in a shop. We would prefer to receive the product complete, undamaged and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
If a product has been used more than is necessary to assess it and this has resulted in a reduction in value, we can charge you for this depreciation.
Return costs
For a standard return, the return shipping costs are at your own expense. During the return process, you will see which return costs apply. These costs can be deducted from the amount you receive back from us.
Is an article received damaged, delivered incorrectly, defective or incompleteThen select the correct reason with your return request. That way we immediately know what the problem is and can provide a suitable solution.
Where necessary, we will contact you personally.
Refund
Once we have received your return, we will check the items and process the return as quickly as possible. The amount you are entitled to will be refunded via the payment method you used to pay for the order.
Do return costs apply and are these deducted from your refund? Then these costs will be withheld from the amount to be refunded.
